- Angostura bitters 4 drop
- Soda water 2 oz
- Green Chartreuse 2 tsp
- Overproof rum 2 oz
- Orange peel 1 piece
- Superfine sugar 1 tsp
- Lime juice 1 oz
- Maraschino liqueur 0.50 oz

Preparation
Shake all ingredients except for soda and Angostura bitters with ice and strain into a glass, top with soda water, and Angostura bitters.
