Ingredients
- Cream 8 oz
- Kummel 2 oz
- Absinthe 2 dash
- Sweet vermouth 1 oz
- Egg 1 piece
- Superfine sugar 1 bar spoon
- Cold Water 1 splash

Preparation
Combine water and sugar in a shaker, stir to dissolve. Add the rest of ingredients and shake everything with ice, strain into a tall glass.
