- Port wine 3 oz
- Orchard Syrup 3 bar spoon
- Superfine sugar 3 bar spoon
- Cold Water 1 oz
- Lemon juice 0.50 oz

Preparation
Build sugar, syrup, lemon juice, and water in a glass and stir do dissolve. Fill with cracked ice and port wine.
