Ingredients
- Seltzer 2 oz
- Yellow Chartreuse 2 dash
- Orange bitters 2 dash
- Dry gin 1 oz
- Dry vermouth 0.50 oz
- Sweet vermouth 0.50 oz

Preparation
Stir all ingredients except for seltzer water with ice and strain into a champagne glass, fill with seltzer. Add a small lump of ice.
