Ingredients
- Superfine sugar 4 bar spoon
- Seltzer 2 oz
- Blended scotch whiskey 2 oz
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Lemon juice 0.50 oz

Preparation
Combine lemon juice and sugar in a shaker, stir to dissolve. Add the ingredients except for seltzer and shake everything with ice, strain into fizz glass, and fill with seltzer.
